finalmente acabou o stress do mestrado e o tempo 100% livre is back! a paris fashion week està de volta e jà se nota o frenesim dos preparativos por todo o lado. pelas minhas mãos ja passaram convites para desfiles, festanças e apresentações (eu so fiz o mailing porque presentinho na caixa do correio era bom de mais). ha um mes a trabalhar nesta cidade percebo que o trabalho em si não e muito diferente, mas escala - essa sim - rebenta as medidas. ja servi cafes ao peter dundas e pus alfinetes no vestido da Lou Doillon... o trabalho pode nao ser de sonho, mas asoportunidades sao.

finnaly the Masters' stress is over and really free time is back! paris fashion week is arriving and you can feel everyone rushing to get things done. i have seen invitations for runways shows, huge parties and presentations (however none was for me...). working for almost one month in Paris, I can tell that the way of working is not that different from what I have been used to, but the scale is huge; limiteless. i have served coffees to Peter Dundas and I have put pins in Lou Doillon dress. it might not be my dream job, but i have access to dream opportunities.

o mestrado acabou, a tese está feita e apresentada, o estágio já começou e as novidades de Inverno estão a chegar às lojas de Paris com uma velocidade alucinante. e eu, agora que já tenho tempo livre, estou morta de vontade de fazer compras. para começar com as coisas mais tangíveis, quero muito, mas mesmo muito, um dos novos Khaki vernizes da Chanel. não sei ainda qual, talvez o verde... e depois o castanho... e depois o rose. sooner ou later, vou ter de fazer uma visita a uma loja Chanel porque não os encontro em mais lado nenhum!

the master is over, the final assignement is done and already presented it to the jury, the intership started and fresh winter news are hiting the stores in Paris every moment. and I - now that I have free time - am dying to do some shopping. to start with attainable stuff, I really, really want one of these Chanel Kahki nail polishes. I'm not sure yet about which one of them, but maybe the green... and then the brown... and then the rose. sooner or later, I'll have to go to a Chanel boutique, because I can't find them any where else!

a Fashion Night Out em Lisboa é hoje e eu estou super curiosa para saber como vai ser - se amanhã tiverem feedback, bring it on.

aqui em Paris foi anteontem e foi brutal - ou, a la française, genial! a avenue Montaigne, a George V e a François 1er estavam cheias de pessoas novas, giras e bem vestidas. Paris saiu mesmo à rua pela moda e em todas as lojas havia música óptima - apesar de nós não termos chegado a ver, a Leigh Lezark era a DJ da Dior e o Breakbot da Gucci. o champagne, o desfile de Louboutins, de 2.55 da Chanel e das latest trends da moda só por si já nos enchiam as medidas. mas felizmente uma amiga recebeu uma mensagem a dizer que a Carine Roitfeld estava na Givenchy. claro que fomos logo para lá e o momento alto da noite foi estarmos a dois passos dela - que é super stylish e magérrima - e do Ricardo Tisci. e, como se isto ainda não bastasse, ainda vimos o Peter Dundas (Creative director da Pucci) e a Lou Doillon!! foi mesmo uma amazing night out with fashion all around us. espero que por aí também seja óptimo!!

Paris Fashion Night Out was two nights ago and it was amazing- or, a la francaise, genial! avenue Montaigne, George V and François 1er were all full of cute, stylish young people. the music was perfect everywhere and even though we haven't seen them, there was Leigh Lezark DJing at Dior and Breakbot at Gucci. the champagne, the Louboutins and Chanel 2.55 was more than enough for us to feel happy. but then a frien told us Carine Roitfeld was at Givenchy and off we went to see her. being just two steps away from her and Ricardo Tisci was undoubdtelly the highlight of the night. and as if it wasn't enough, we saw Peter Dundas from Pucci and Lou Doillon. what a great night out... with fashion all around!
